Frequently asked questions
How do I book a rental car?
Choose a car on the website and click “Book on WhatsApp”. The message opens pre-filled with the car name, price and status. Just add your dates and we'll confirm availability within minutes.
What documents do I need to rent a car?
A valid driving licence (held for at least 2 years), an ID card or passport, and the car's deposit. The minimum age is 21.
Is there a deposit and when is it returned?
Yes. The deposit amount depends on the car and is confirmed on WhatsApp. It is fully refunded when you return the car, after a quick check.
Where can I collect the car?
Cars are collected and returned at Tirana International Airport (Rinas) or at our location in Fushë-Krujë. We agree the place and time in advance on WhatsApp.
Can I drive the car outside Albania?
Yes, with prior notice and a Green Card for Balkan and EU countries.
How do I order accessories, and do you deliver?
Click “Order” on the product and message us on WhatsApp. We deliver across Albania and you can pay cash on delivery.
